Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 30 days has elapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.
For orders being shipped from our warehouse please remember our offices and warehouses are closed Saturdays and Sundays. Usually, It should take between 3 to 5 business days to ship out the order from our warehouse. After your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your order tracking number.
